Account Manager

• Be the main point of contact for one or more specific client accounts and maintain an excellent relationship.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external Producers to manage agency projects from concept to finish, ensuring all agency deliverables are flawlessly executed.
• Partner with Data and Strategy teams to collect, analyze and interpret existing business and consumer data and translate into opportunities.
• Establish budgets with your clients, be there for conflict resolutions, ensure timely deliverables, write creative briefs and approve payments to and from the client.
• Work with Bakery's strategy, data, creative, production and media teams to ensure alignment between client's goals and our own.
• Take ownership of contracts and contract renewals, and pursue new opportunities that benefit the client and our company.

Graphics Designer

• Oversee the creation and production of campaigns and design solutions for our clients.
• Conceptualize, develop, and design for a various mediums such as creative marketing campaigns, digital and social assets, print, OOH, packaging and others.
• Lead by demonstrating craft, thought, and understanding of what makes remarkable and distinctive visual art.
• Be both a hands-on designer and a compelling leader.
• Ensure our creative presentation decks are works of art in and of themselves.
• Steer team through multiple projects and rapid timelines.
• Process and quickly execute internal and/or client feedback on short deadlines.

Graphic Designer

Copywriter

• Implement a combination of strategic, conceptual and writing skills in order to deliver persuasive stories and copy to our clients and their audience.
• Write engaging scripts and UX tracks for film, social/ digital campaigns, animation or live experiences.
• Deliver impressive presentations! You’ll be the greatest advocate for our work, but you’ll also listen and internalize feedback so that we can come back with creative that exceeds expectations.
• Manage the creative process; keep things flowing smoothly, continually reviewing and optimizing every piece of creative work that you and your team produces.
• Inspire & motivate your creative team, galvanizing them to execute large-scale, cross-channel projects that are creatively brilliant and strategically on point, on time and on budget.
• Be an active part of the company’s culture, bringing fresh ideas consistently to your team and your Director, even when they’re not attached to a client brief.

Account Executive

• Lead the creative process from briefing to execution across multiple client deliverables.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and our team leads.
• Assist clients on project brief development and communicating needs correctly to our strategy, creative, and production teams.
• Effectively set and manage client expectations, ensure delivery of the highest quality product and service, as well as solicit and act on client feedback.
• Develop and manage project scope, budget and schedules. Attention to detail and ability to project manage across work streams and teams.
• Ability to motivate, support and understand your teams. You must be able to work with people across data, strategy, design, creative and technology.
• Identify resource requirements, necessary skill sets and team allocation to each project.
• Deliver timely project reports and organize necessary meetings.
• Direct and maintain strict project documentation.
• Improve and implement best practice techniques for managing risks, issues and conflict resolution.
• Track and report project efficiency, finances and general performance on a weekly basis.

• Lead the strategic direction with internal and external teams in relation to our clients' brand development and marketing approach
• Be a key voice pushing our teams in evolutionary thinking surrounding client brands and culture
• Champion innovation as a brand-building platform internally and for with our clients
• Develop research processes and data collection algorithms that lead to the logical or illogical insights needed to reach relevant brand value
• Analyze a wealth of data points to uncover succinct human truths and predictive behavioral patterns
• Use insights from behavioral economics and related fields to influence products, services, and campaigns
• Design, conduct, and analyze experiments to determine the most impactful strategies and marketing campaigns
• Strategically apply findings of human decision-making to all aspects of our work
• Manage research relationships and collaborations with numerous external research and academic groups
• Conduct behavioral diagnosis to serve as a focal point for brand partnerships
• Teach and explain scientific research to clients and ensure behavioral science theory is adopted by them
• Mentor strategists and researchers, building a sustainable and growing culture across these teams
