Produce layouts, visual explorations, and design assets across print, digital, and packaging

Observe and contribute to the process from initial sketches to finished work for recognizable brands

Requirements

What you’ll need

Portfolio demonstrating raw talent, unique style, and love for design
0–2 years of experience
Strong fundamentals in typography, layout, and composition
Comfortable with Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
Good knowledge of AI tools to speed up the design process
Portfolio must demonstrate original work rather than primarily AI-generated comps
Demonstrated hunger for taking on extra, self-directed work
Real coachability and ability to improve visibly from feedback
Must be employable in the USA
Must work on-site in Austin, TX
