About the role

  • Lead firmwide pricing strategy, rate structures, and evolution of pricing policies across service lines, industries, and geographies.

  • Establish analytical frameworks to evaluate deal quality, pricing performance, and margin drivers.
  • Design, build and scale pricing analytics (KPIs, dashboards, reporting) to improve transparency and decision-making.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) on pricing performance, insights, risks, and recommended actions with leadership.

  • Lead team of Service Line Business Partners to provide guidance to Service Line leaders and Principals
  • Enable scalable pricing capabilities through design, build and integration to Salesforce and Workday PSA.

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in pricing, commercial strategy, revenue management, or related roles—ideally in professional services.

  • Hands-on experience building pricing models and working with large data sets and translating analysis into business insights
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL, Power BI, Alteryx, Python, or other analytics tools preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership, analytical excellence, and a focus on continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
