About the role

  • Originating sales by positioning Baker Hughes technology and identifying the most effective technical and commercial solutions
  • Promoting the business value proposition of Baker Hughes technologies to customers
  • Working in close collaboration with regional sales, account sales, and commercial proposal teams
  • Serving as the primary technical contributor during the Demand‑to‑Inquiry (DTI) phase to support increased market penetration

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or a High School Diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Sales
  • Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Technical Sales
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities, with the ability to influence others and lead small teams
  • Experience leading initiatives of moderate scope and business impact
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • Effective problem identification and solution development skills
  • Proven analytical and organizational abilities
