About the role
- Define and shape initiatives from inception by leading business discovery
- Plan delivery at scale by building and maintaining optimized resource plans across concurrent digital initiatives
- Ensure strategic alignment by partnering with various teams to shape and synchronize CRM release schedules
- Lead day-to-day delivery execution by facilitating agile ceremonies
- Maintain strong delivery and financial control by tracking milestones, risks, issues, vendor performance, and spend against plans
- Enable transparency and continuous improvement by producing high-impact executive updates
Requirements
- Significant project management experience delivering enterprise platforms
- Proven experience in Sales, Marketing, or Inquiry to Order functions
- Strong proficiency in budget estimation, cost control, and tracking
- Familiarity with vendor evaluation and SaaS solution assessment
- Advanced data and analytics skills for planning, problem sizing, and governance
