About the role
- Leading discovery sessions with O&G, Industrial customers to understand their key operational challenges
- Highlighting the challenges caused by operational practices related to maintenance, reliability, inspection, testing of equipment
- Hypothesizing potential scenarios of information, tool or skill availability that can drive material change to the operational challenges identified
- Crafting a practical, feasible and pragmatic solution for operational challenges
- Partnering with account teams to suggest the best site/plant to pilot or scale the identified solution.
- Collaborating with account teams in evaluating key stakeholders and garner background information on account, roles and priorities.
- Coordinating sales teams involving engineering, legal, risk, finance etc.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Technical Sales
- Strong Project Management background
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
