About the role

  • Leading discovery sessions with O&G, Industrial customers to understand their key operational challenges
  • Highlighting the challenges caused by operational practices related to maintenance, reliability, inspection, testing of equipment
  • Hypothesizing potential scenarios of information, tool or skill availability that can drive material change to the operational challenges identified
  • Crafting a practical, feasible and pragmatic solution for operational challenges
  • Partnering with account teams to suggest the best site/plant to pilot or scale the identified solution.
  • Collaborating with account teams in evaluating key stakeholders and garner background information on account, roles and priorities.
  • Coordinating sales teams involving engineering, legal, risk, finance etc.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Technical Sales
  • Strong Project Management background
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
