• Works directly with leaders and SMEs to define skill or knowledge gaps through one-on-one interviewing
• Proposes realistic solutions to improve performance where training is the appropriate approach
• Works directly with leaders, learners, and SMEs to design training material
• Identifies most effective uses of traditional classroom delivery, virtual/on-line delivery, or structured on-the-job training
• Assists with development of video-based microlearning efforts, as well as ensuring finalized resources are shared with co-workers in an educationally-sound manner
• Uses engaging facilitation skills to successfully deliver technical and/or soft skills programs
• Provides guidance and direction to SMEs, who may be tasked with presenting portions of live training
• Reviews existing training to determine effectiveness on participant performance. Proposes updates where appropriate
• Monitors and tracks learners, following training to confirm jobsite application of skills and positive business impacts
• Fulfills other tasks, responsibilities, or projects as assigned

Bilingual BIM/VDC Specialist

Manager

• Leads pre-award activities, subcontracting strategy, and major contract negotiations while supporting proposal and estimating teams.
• Manages key trade partner relationships.
• Collaborates with Estimating and Operations to develop the overall project subcontracting strategy.
• Identifies, pre-qualifies, and develops a robust bidder’s list of high-quality subcontractors and vendors.
• Manages the formal bidding process, including issuing RFPs, responding to RFI, and managing addenda.
• Act as the lead negotiator for all major subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Supports Site Subcontract, Project Management and Procurement to ensure compliance with Contract requirements and Company Policies & Procedures.

Subcontracts Manager

• Responsible for design, development, delivery, and measurement of applicable training programs
• Works directly with leaders and SMEs to define skill or knowledge gaps
• Proposes realistic solutions to improve performance where training is the appropriate approach
• Assists with development of video-based microlearning efforts
• Uses engaging facilitation skills to successfully deliver technical and/or soft skills programs

Bilingual Construction Trainer

• Lead pre-award activities, subcontracting strategy, and major contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with Estimating and Operations to develop overall project subcontracting strategy.
• Manage formal bidding process, including issuing RFPs, responding to RFI, and managing addenda.
• Act as the lead negotiator for all major subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Support Site Subcontract, Project Management and Procurement to ensure subcontract compliance.
• Ensure continuous monitoring of subcontractor field progress against the project schedule.
• Oversee and support the subcontract change order process, from initial notification to execution of formal change orders.
