  • The Women in Equity Research event will provide selected participants with insight into Baird’s award-winning Institutional Equities and Research team as attendees hear from successful women in our business.
  • The event will include a live panel of professionals and discussion groups addressing topics such as being a woman in Equity Research, unique opportunities and challenges for women in this field, career paths in Equity Research and tips for internship interview processes.

Requirements

  • Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program required
  • Graduation date between December 2027 – May 2029
  • Finance/Accounting/Economics or related major preferred but not required
  • Track record of academic excellence
  • Interest in exploring Equity Research as a career path
