Tasks
Bring people together through events and partnerships
Support content marketing and social media strategy in your niche (TikTok and Instagram)
Assist in event planning (sometimes on-site), brainstorming and testing marketing strategies
Conduct research on communities, venues, influencers, and local initiatives
Reach out to potential partners, event organizers, and community builders to introduce baesh
Act as the first point of contact for potential collaborators
Collect feedback from users and summarize insights
No prior experience needed—just motivation to learn!

As a Content & Media Intern, you'll work in a startup environment, develop valuable skills in content creation, social media strategy, and visual storytelling , and take ownership of projects that drive real engagement and growth.
This is a Pflichtpraktikum (mandatory internship) for students.
The position is unpaid , but offers real startup experience, networking opportunities, and the chance to take ownership of exciting projects.
Location: Berlin-based (mostly remote, some in-person meetings/events).
Start Date: As required by the university
Duration: As required by the university, usually 3-6 months.
Tasks Content Creation Film and edit content for Instagram and TikTok Capture baesh events, user experiences, partner venues, and daily life in Berlin Be part of talking-head videos and voiceovers Develop short, fun, aesthetic-first videos for Gen-Z Social Media Management Upload and schedule regular content (Reels, Stories, Posts) Engage with community via comments, replies, and DMs Track what works and suggest new ideas to grow our following Creative Support Write short texts (EN/DE) for social media, emails, and announcements Help with occasional copy for website, platform updates, or promo materials
Minimal experience is totally fine - just bring your creativity and willingness to learn!
It's an internship - we'll be training you and be supporting with all the tasks, so that you leave with lots of experience.
