About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Content Creation: Film and edit content for Instagram and TikTok
Capture baesh events, user experiences, partner venues, and everyday life in Berlin
Create talking-head videos and voiceovers
Develop short, fun, aesthetic-first videos for Gen Z
Social Media Management: Upload and schedule regular content (Reels, Stories, Posts)
Community engagement via comments, replies, and DMs
Track performance and develop new ideas to grow followers
Creative Leadership & Brand Consistency: Ensure a consistent brand voice and content quality across all channels
Write short copy (EN/DE) for social media, emails, and promotional materials
Team & Creator Management: Lead future content interns
Build and manage relationships with external creators, influencers, and UGC creators.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Berlin-based: You know the culture, vibes, and events that matter.
Proven content experience and an eye for aesthetics
Comfortable being on camera (e.g., for talking-head videos)
Solid video/photo skills (professional equipment is a plus, but an iPhone is fine)
Startup mindset: Proactive, hands-on, and open to new challenges
Excellent communication skills in German and English.
