About the role
- Help clients identify their needs and define their desired integration setup
- Connecting Badger to our customers' CRMs
- Assisting with current CRM integrations
- Manage communication and expectations between clients and the engineering team during the integration setup process
- Collaborate with Engineering and Customer Success to improve our tools and processes
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles in an English-speaking environment, either on the phone or in-person.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems
- Highly independent, detail-oriented, and process-driven, with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Adaptable and comfortable learning new CRM systems and adjusting to evolving processes and workflows
- Ability to work 11:30 AM- 7:30 PM CET
