Solutions Engineer

• Lead executive-level discovery sessions with CTOs, CPOs, and VPs of Engineering to understand prospect architecture, business goals, and integration requirements.
• Own the technical narrative throughout the pre-sales cycle, including live demos, proof-of-concept scoping, and solution presentations to senior stakeholders.
• Lead complex technical scoping for enterprise integrations and migrations during the pre-sales phase, where ownership, data readiness, and sequencing are ambiguous.
• Identify blockers, map critical paths, and drive alignment across engineering teams on both sides of a deal.
• Design integration architectures and onboarding workflows tailored to specific customer constraints, and hand off cleanly to Customer Success at contract close.
• Respond to RFPs and technical questionnaires with detailed, accurate information about Badge's capabilities.
• Surface pre-sales insights with Product and Engineering to improve the platform and onboarding experience.
• Partner with Sales leadership on strategic accounts as a peer to customer engineering leadership throughout the pre-sales cycle.
