About the role

  • Expand Backbone’s footprint in the Swiss market with innovative solutions for real estate professionals.

Requirements

  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Backbone's product offerings and articulate their value to potential clients.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and product development to enhance the client experience.
  • Remote Work: Ability to work remotely while maintaining productivity and accountability.
  • Key Competencies
  • Proven Sales Experience: Several years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally focused on the real estate or technology sectors.
  • Consultative Selling Skills: Ability to understand client needs and present tailored solutions effectively.
  • Technical Aptitude: Quick to learn new technologies and convey their benefits to clients.
  • Adaptability: Strong ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and customer requirements.
  • Additional Requirements
  • Location: Switzerland or Berlin
  • Proficiency in Swiss German, English and French.
  • Willingness to travel within Switzerland to meet clients and attend networking events.
  • Friendly, approachable and ready to represent Backbone at industry events.
  • Having relationships with real estate companies across Switzerland and knowledge about the industry is not mandatory, but a big plus.
