About the role
- Expand Backbone’s footprint in the Swiss market with innovative solutions for real estate professionals.
- Generate new business opportunities and manage client relationships.
- Drive sales growth, reporting directly to the CRO & CoFounder.
Requirements
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Formulate and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed annual sales targets.
- Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities in the real estate sector across Switzerland.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers in client organizations to drive long-term partnerships.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Backbone's product offerings and articulate their value to potential clients.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and product development to enhance the client experience.
- Remote Work: Ability to work remotely while maintaining productivity and accountability.
- Key Competencies
- Proven Sales Experience: Several years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally focused on the real estate or technology sectors.
- Consultative Selling Skills: Ability to understand client needs and present tailored solutions effectively.
- Technical Aptitude: Quick to learn new technologies and convey their benefits to clients.
- Adaptability: Strong ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and customer requirements.
- Additional Requirements
- Location: Switzerland or Berlin
- Proficiency in Swiss German, English and French.
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland to meet clients and attend networking events.
- Friendly, approachable and ready to represent Backbone at industry events.
- Having relationships with real estate companies across Switzerland and knowledge about the industry is not mandatory, but a big plus.
