About the role
- Aggregate data from various sources and build tables in Snowflake.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Tableau to monitor business performance and identify growth opportunity drivers.
- Conduct analysis across datasets from marketing, sales, product usage, and key revenue metrics to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Ensure the robustness of reporting by thoughtfully designing our data tables, data sources, and dashboards
- Proactively conduct deep analyses of business trends, and extract insights to support decision-making for sales, customer success, operations, and finance teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years working in a data analytics role in B2B SAAS business
- Strong understanding of salesforce objects
- Strong analytical skills, including building visualizations and dashboards in Tableau
- Ability to use AI to produce accurate and actionable data analysis
- Advanced SQL abilities - ability to write queries to extract data from our data warehouse
- Experience working with data using Snowflake, Tableau, and Salesforce
- Keen understanding of sales, marketing, and finance concepts and KPIs
- Sharp attention to detail.
- Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to think analytically, break down complex issues, and develop practical solutions.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex analysis to non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in math, economics, statistics, engineering, finance, computer science, or other quantitative field
