• Own the full lifecycle of order processing, routing, and shipping for the assigned retail partnership
• Track orders from placement through delivery and proactively resolve issues before they become delays
• Ensure every shipment adheres to retailer-specific requirements and routing guides
• Monitor changing compliance standards and flag gaps before chargebacks or rejected shipments occur
• Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners
• Coordinate production schedules and shipping timelines with co-packers and strategic partners
• Resolve issues quickly through clear, proactive communication and keep schedules on track
• Track order status and provide data-driven operational visibility to the broader team
• Collaborate with logistics, sales, and customer service to keep teams aligned and informed
