About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the full lifecycle of order processing, routing, and shipping for the assigned retail partnership
Track orders from placement through delivery and proactively resolve issues before they become delays
Ensure every shipment adheres to retailer-specific requirements and routing guides
Monitor changing compliance standards and flag gaps before chargebacks or rejected shipments occur
Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners
Coordinate production schedules and shipping timelines with co-packers and strategic partners
Resolve issues quickly through clear, proactive communication and keep schedules on track
Track order status and provide data-driven operational visibility to the broader team
Collaborate with logistics, sales, and customer service to keep teams aligned and informed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in operations, fulfillment, or supply chain roles
Intermediate spreadsheet skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data reporting
Excellent communication skills and confidence building relationships with external partners
Strong organizational skills under pressure and during high-volume periods
Proactive ownership mindset and ability to identify problems early
Preferred: Experience with retail partnerships and routing guides/compliance requirements
Preferred: Familiarity with co-packer or third-party manufacturing relationships
Preferred: Experience with order management or ERP systems
