About the role
- Your day-to-day work takes place in Data Center Sales inside sales
- Work closely with field sales and various internal stakeholders
- Handle telephone and written inquiries from IT managers, electrical specialists, or planners
- Analyze requirements and develop appropriate solution approaches with customers
- Support projects from the initial inquiry through to the decision
- Record all relevant information in the CRM system Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Work in a buddy model with field sales, product management and services
Requirements
- Experience in sales, project business, or in a consulting/advisory role
- Basic technical understanding and curiosity, ideally from an IT or electrical engineering background
- Enjoy listening, understanding contexts, and working with people
- A structured working style, strong communication skills, empathy and team spirit are important
- You have strong German (C1) and English (B2) skills, both written and spoken
- Understanding of IT rack setup and protection mechanisms is advantageous
