Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance for the flagship store, boutiques, offices and warehouse.
Perform hands-on light maintenance tasks (electrical work, painting, adjustments, troubleshooting).
Ensure the reliability of installations: HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, food refrigeration, catering and coffee production equipment.
Implement a structured multisite maintenance plan with digital tracking and reporting tools.
Ensure compliance with ERP (French public-access building regulations), HACCP, fire safety and accessibility standards.
Prepare and support safety inspections, audits and regulatory checks.
Serve as the internal point of contact for managing technical and operational risks.
Provide support for technical fit-out, renovation and retail optimization projects.
Select, manage and challenge external technical service providers.
Organize interventions, on-call schedules and priorities across multiple sites.
Maintain clear, solution-oriented communication.
Identify opportunities to optimize costs and energy performance.
Deploy technical KPIs (breakdowns, response times, costs, energy consumption).
Optimize maintenance contracts.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role
Strong technical analysis skills and ability to interpret complex data
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively
Capacity to supervise and motivate a technical team
Project management skills for technical projects
Proficiency with relevant tools and software for the role
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proactive mindset with the ability to propose process improvements
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
