About the role
- Leading and developing a team of c.120 employees across multiple operational departments
- Managing the contracted deliverables to ensure performance, quality and safe systems of work
- Acting as the primary interface for the Air Commercial Team and Contract Monitoring Team
- Overseeing financial performance, budgets and continuous improvement activities
- Ensuring excellent customer service and strong relationships across key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience managing large, diverse teams in an engineering operations or customer‑facing environment
- Knowledge of Military Aviation Operations and MAA regulations (advantageous)
- Experience in budget and P&L management, including cost modelling
- Proven stakeholder management and relationship‑building experience
- Strong capability in investigation, root‑cause analysis and continuous improvement.
- Security Clearance: The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
