About the role
- Providing a wide range of essential administrative and organisational support that helps keep day‑to‑day operations running efficiently.
- Managing documentation, supporting basic finance processes, coordinating communications and ensuring accurate record‑keeping.
- Drafting correspondence, taking minutes, managing filing systems and completing data‑entry tasks.
- Supporting financial activities including raising purchase orders, processing invoices and recording expenditure.
- Managing shared inboxes and responding to routine enquiries clearly and professionally.
- Maintaining and updating records, databases and internal systems.
- Creating and formatting documents, spreadsheets, reports and presentations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or business‑support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of finance systems or procurement processes (desirable)
