About the role

  • Providing a wide range of essential administrative and organisational support that helps keep day‑to‑day operations running efficiently.
  • Managing documentation, supporting basic finance processes, coordinating communications and ensuring accurate record‑keeping.
  • Drafting correspondence, taking minutes, managing filing systems and completing data‑entry tasks.
  • Supporting financial activities including raising purchase orders, processing invoices and recording expenditure.
  • Managing shared inboxes and responding to routine enquiries clearly and professionally.
  • Maintaining and updating records, databases and internal systems.
  • Creating and formatting documents, spreadsheets, reports and presentations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative or business‑support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of finance systems or procurement processes (desirable)
