About the role

  • Supporting work stream owners in the development and delivery of the necessary project artefacts to support their delivery.
  • Owning and managing internal administration processes, including ownership and administration of the Team’s SharePoint content and records management.
  • Coordinating business improvement projects and activities across the Engineering Capability function.
  • Engaging with engineering stakeholders to progress tasks, solve issues and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assembling and publishing progress updates and performance reports for Engineering Capability activities.

Requirements

  • Technical support and business administration experience, particularly in change processes (policy, practice, procedure).
  • Experience working within a highly regulated industry.
  • Ability to manage, engage and influence senior stakeholders across multiple teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy within a compliance‑focused environment.
