Leading and developing planning teams across live operational projects, ensuring accurate progress updates and effective performance management.
Managing demand planning (12‑week lookahead) and operational planning (4‑week lookahead) in line with Type 31 strategies.
Working with cross‑functional teams including production, demand planning, procurement and project controls.
Using data analytics and reporting tools to track KPIs and deliver meaningful insights to senior stakeholders.
Translating group planning policies into actionable strategies and best‑practice processes across the Rosyth site.

Requirements

Experience in a managerial role with direct reports.
Broad experience using MPS and MRP systems.
Strong background in inventory planning and management, with knowledge of end‑to‑end supply chain processes.
Understanding of factory, production, manufacturing and operational planning environments.
Experience in data extraction and analysis using digital tools.
Degree in a business or data‑related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
Experience using ERP systems.
Security Clearance: The successful candidate must be a sole UK National who is able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
