About the role
- Leading the internal quality cycle, including developing and monitoring the Self‑Assessment Report (SAR) and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
- Creating, implementing and updating quality policies in collaboration with higher education partners and customers.
- Taking the lead on Ofsted preparation activities across the business unit.
- Acting as the key quality point‑of‑contact for customers including the Metropolitan Police and London Fire Brigade.
- Managing the quality team to ensure compliance with processes, including internal quality assurance (IQA) activities.
Requirements
- Background in education, training quality or centre management.
- Strong knowledge of the Education and Inspection Framework and apprenticeship provision.
- Experience acting as an Ofsted nominee for apprenticeship programmes.
- Understanding of commercial training and safeguarding requirements.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 (desirable).
- A recognised quality qualification (e.g., Qualified IQA).
- Level 2 English and maths (or equivalent).
