About the role

  • Welcome visitors, issue passes and guide them through building procedures.
  • Arrange meetings and book rooms to support the smooth running of daily operations.
  • Use systems such as SAP to raise orders and complete time bookings.
  • Act as the first point of contact for general administrative tasks.
  • Support invoicing, document control and occasional customer queries.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths, or NVQ Level 2 in Administration.
  • Confident user of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.
  • Strong organisational skills with a proactive approach.
  • Essential: GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) or NVQ Level 2 in Administration.
  • Preferred: Experience using SAP, Coupa or similar systems.
  • The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) security clearance for this role.
