About the role
- Coordinate core commercial administration across live projects—organising files, tracking actions and maintaining accurate records
- Prepare clear, well‑formatted documents, reports and trackers using Microsoft Office to support reviews and decision‑making
- Liaise with cross‑functional colleagues and external partners to gather information, progress queries and keep work flowing
- Schedule meetings, manage shared inboxes and maintain logs so stakeholders have the right information at the right time
- Follow our governance and quality processes to help ensure compliance, security and audit readiness
Requirements
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Clear communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams
- Confident user of Microsoft Office
