About the role
- Coordinate and administer all training and assessment activities, including scheduling and learner communications
- Maintain accurate records across systems such as IFS, CMS, and Sentinel
- Process applications, licences, certificates, and customer requests
- Manage travel, accommodation, purchase orders, invoicing, and general office administration
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to ensure smooth delivery of training events.
Requirements
- Experience in a Training Administration role
- Strong administrative skills and computer literacy, including MS Office
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience in an office environment
- Background in customer service.
