About the role
- Research and identify potential clients, building robust prospecting lists.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial sourcing and contact to applying strategies and closing deals.
- Engage prospects via tailored cold calls and emails to build relationships and schedule consultations.
- CRM Management: Maintain the company’s CRM system (Salesforce or similar) to ensure accurate lead tracking and sales forecasting.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to identify high-potential opportunities.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the agency’s strategic communications and digital marketing services.
- Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to drive company growth.
- Campaign Execution: Design and execute mass email marketing campaigns and multichannel outreach using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Collaboration: Provide feedback on lead quality and collaborate with internal teams to refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a business development or sales role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Proficient English with excellent verbal and written communication skills is required.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with expertise in crafting compelling messages and conducting effective sales calls.
- Analytical Mindset: A data-driven approach to tracking, analyzing, and optimizing campaign performance.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms is a plus.
