About the role
- Support and manage service & logistics partners in Germany
- Supporting role for service contracts and operational agreements
- Monitor, maintain and improve KPIs and SLAs
- Manage escalations and own solutions ensuring business engagement where needed
- Ensure a Continuous Improvement mindset aimed at innovating and maintaining a market leading operation and performance
- Conduct on-site partner visits for audits, reviews, and coaching
- Act as the main contact point for customers and service providers
Requirements
- A completed degree or vocational training in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Service Management, Logistics or a similar area
- Experience in service operations, warehousing & Logistics partner management, or a related field — you’re now ready for the next step
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Motivation to grow into a leadership role and take ownership
- Fluent German Level C + English (additional European languages welcome)
- Willingness to travel within Germany and Europe on a regular basis
