• Support and manage service & logistics partners in Germany
• Supporting role for service contracts and operational agreements
• Monitor, maintain and improve KPIs and SLAs
• Manage escalations and own solutions ensuring business engagement where needed
• Ensure a Continuous Improvement mindset aimed at innovating and maintaining a market leading operation and performance
• Conduct on-site partner visits for audits, reviews, and coaching
• Act as the main contact point for customers and service providers
