About the role

  • Take ownership – technically, functionally and strategically
  • Design and implement modern cloud data platforms
  • Lead teams through demanding customer projects
  • Develop solutions that deliver measurable value
  • Analyze existing data landscapes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Advise clients on the technical direction of their Data & Analytics strategy
  • Provide technical leadership in customer projects
  • Support the pre-sales process, from the initial idea to the client presentation
  • Share knowledge through workshops and coaching, establish internal standards and actively further develop the portfolio
  • Build and maintain a network within the Data & Analytics community

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in building and implementing cloud data platforms – for example as a Solution Architect or Tech Lead
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks and/or Snowflake and a deep understanding of modern data architectures
  • Technical leadership of teams during complex implementations
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to position technical solutions convincingly
  • Confident communication with a variety of stakeholders in German and English
  • Enjoys knowledge transfer through workshops, trainings or coaching
