• Abstimmung mit Disposition sowie Abrechnungskontrolle
• Reklamationsmanagement, Qualitätskontrolle und Analysenmanagement
• OP/Kreditlimitlisten sowie Pflege der Stammdaten
• Bearbeitung von Ausschreibungen

• Sourcing and acquisition of ash and mineral waste streams
• Account management for existing customers and coordination with disposal and logistics partners
• Preparing annual budgets in cooperation with executive management and taking budget responsibility
• Developing logistics and waste disposal concepts
• Cost calculation and preparation of quotations
• Coordination with dispatch/planning and control of billing
• Handling complaints, quality control and management of analytical testing
• Managing open-item and credit limit lists and maintaining master data
• Preparing and handling tenders
