Account Manager

• Manage a cohort of large mobile buyers (“Premier” buyers) currently purchasing on B-Stock
• Be a hyper-responsive single point of contact for Premier mobile buyers
• Drive cohort GMV, bidding activity, and dispute resolution
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of B-Stock’s business model, platform, solutions, and value
• Develop an in-depth knowledge of every B-Stock mobile marketplace, including inventory condition, schedules, inventory sources, individual facilities and their variances, inventory forecasts, and any other detail related to mobile transactions.
• Execute buyer outreach via phone call, email, and text
• Ensure successful transactions by providing excellent and consistent day-to-day operational support to buyers. Solve issues and remove barriers related to payments, shipping, or other services as needed
• Work closely with Seller Account Management, Product, CS, and other teams to resolve issues, identify improvement opportunities, and implement new processes for an improved Premier mobile buyer experience
• Reporting and analysis of large buyer acquisition and activity. Maintain Salesforce records for buyers
• Maintain constant awareness of the overall mobile industry, specifically secondary mobile markets, competitor activities, and challenges
• Exceed operational metrics: Total cohort buyer spend, buyer transaction growth, churned buyer rate, dispute rate
• Drive buyer onboarding: Successfully convert mobile prospects into active registered bidders by delivering demos, education, and high-touch platform support
• Up to 20% travel expectation, including relevant mobile trade shows, buyer visits, and more.

• Own discovery, prioritization, and delivery across multiple product areas simultaneously — from defining the problem through launch and iteration
• Translate business goals and user needs into clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria that engineering and design can execute with confidence
• Define success before you build, track it rigorously after launch, and treat adoption and user conversion as your responsibility
• Take ownership of feature adoption and user conversion to new solutions; shipping is the beginning, not the end
• Work effectively with engineering, design, operations, account management, and client teams to align on priorities and remove blockers
• Collaborate with account management and operations to translate client needs into product requirements and manage expectations through delivery
• Articulate product strategy, tradeoffs, and progress clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels

Senior Product Manager

• Drive discovery, prioritization, and execution for payment systems including invoicing, disbursements, automated billing, and payment method infrastructure — while staying flexible to take on adjacent product areas as needs evolve.
• Manage the full lifecycle of integrations with payment vendors such as Stripe, GetBalance, NetSuite, and future partners — from discovery and scoping through launch and iteration.
• Define, track, and continuously improve payment-related KPIs including Time to Pay, payment success rates, and failure/chargeback rates.
• Translate complex financial and technical requirements into detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria that engineering teams can execute with minimal back-and-forth.
• Proactively surface and address risks related to fraud, payment compliance, and reconciliation gaps before they become customer-facing issues.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, finance, operations, and account management to resolve integration challenges and ship reliable payment features.
• Develop strong working knowledge of payment flows, reconciliation processes, and vendor capabilities to effectively represent the domain in cross-functional discussions.
• Partner with account management and engineering to manage payment-related client migrations and technical onboarding with minimal disruption.
• Clearly articulate product strategy, tradeoffs, and feature rationale to leadership, engineering, and client-facing teams across all areas you support.
• Keep up with product best practices, payment industry trends, emerging vendors, and relevant regulatory developments to continuously improve the areas you own.
