About the role
- You have a big heart and enjoy caring for and supporting young fighters in their familiar surroundings
- Provide care and support for patients in Essen starting immediately or as soon as possible
- Basic and treatment nursing (e.g., oxygen and medication administration, injections, suctioning, PEG care, inhalation and respiratory therapy, and monitor observation)
- Nursing documentation
- Collaboration within an interdisciplinary team
- Communication with relatives
- Emergency management
Requirements
- You have a completed qualification as a nurse (m/f/d), registered nurse, pediatric nurse, health and nursing professional, pediatric health nurse, or geriatric nurse
- Ideally you have completed the basic course for outpatient intensive care or have sufficient experience in outpatient (pediatric) intensive care
- If you do not yet have the basic course or enough experience but would like to start in pediatric intensive care, we will enable you to take the basic course within the first 6 months of employment and will provide structured onboarding in our stations and shared living units!
