About the role

  • Support and promote the development of the children/patients
  • Conduct individual and group activities and programs
  • Plan and supervise outings
  • Develop individual support and care plans
  • Document developmental progress
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team

Requirements

  • You hold a degree in social pedagogy, social work, curative/therapeutic education (Heilpädagogik), special education, or a comparable pedagogical program
  • Or you have completed vocational training as an educator (Erzieher*in), special needs caregiver/Heilerziehungspfleger*in, or equivalent
  • Experience supporting children and adolescents with disabilities is an advantage but not required
  • You bring many creative ideas to support and delight the children and the team on a daily basis.
