About the role
- Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication “scripts” for certain clients when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Attend mandatory virtual trainings and meet metrics with at least 90%
- Attend team meeting monthly
Requirements
- High speed wired internet
- Desktop or laptop with 2.8 GHz dual core or better processor
- Allowed: Intel iSeries or AMD Phenom X2 class or better. NO Atom, Celeron, Pentium, Opteron processors
- USB Headset
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills
- Some clients will require dual monitors and other specifics
- Background check and drug screenings
