About the role

  • Handling planning tasks within HOAI service phases 1–5 for new construction, conversions and extensions
  • Preparation of feasibility studies, cost estimates and coordination with clients and team management
  • Management and coordination of all planning phases in residential construction
  • Selection and coordination of external specialist planners and expert assessors
  • Ensuring quality, schedules and cost-effectiveness of planning services
  • Supporting the further development of timber-hybrid system construction and close collaboration with authorities and clients

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a comparable qualification (e.g. Construction Technician) (m/f/d)
  • Initial professional experience in building design or project management of residential properties is an advantage; career starters are welcome
  • Good knowledge of building regulations
  • German language skills at C1 level
  • Confident user of AutoCAD, ideally also Revit
  • Independent, creative and goal-oriented working style, with strong teamwork skills
