About the role

  • Provide comprehensive advice to our industrial and commercial clients
  • Acquire new clients and build and develop long-term customer relationships
  • Analyze clients' individual risks and insurance needs and develop appropriate protection concepts
  • Present insurance concepts and conduct proposal presentations and annual review meetings
  • Negotiate with insurers, service providers and experts in the interest of our clients
  • Support our clients in claims handling

Requirements

  • Completed training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk or equivalent (e.g., Versicherungskaufmann/-frau), a relevant university degree or comparable insurance-related qualification
  • Professional experience in field sales and in advising industrial and commercial clients
  • Strong sales and communication skills and enthusiasm for building long-term customer relationships
  • Structured and careful working style with a strong service and customer orientation
  • Good communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
