• Vollständige und möglichst fallabschließende Bearbeitung von Vorgängen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Innendienst sowie eigenständige Durchführung von Jahresgesprächen
• Beratung und Unterbreitung von Vorschlägen im Bereich der Corporate-Benefit-Konzepte (Schwerpunkt: bAV, bKV, betriebliche Einkommenssicherung und Zeitkonten)
• Ausbau unseres Netzwerks durch gezielte Vertriebsaktivitäten und Gewinnung neuer Kunden

• Ganzheitliche Beratung unserer Industrie- und Gewerbekunden
• Analyse bestehender Versicherungsverträge und Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen
• Verhandlung mit Versicherern, Dienstleistern und Sachverständigen im Interesse unserer Kunden
• Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Ausschreibungen sowie Mitwirkung bei Vertragsgestaltung und Vertragsmanagement

• Prepare and process quotations and support contract drafting and contract management
• Assist our customers with claims management
• Maintain and document relevant customer and policy data in our CRM system

• Provide holistic advice to our industrial and commercial clients
