About the role
- Comprehensive advice for our industrial and commercial clients
- Acquisition of new clients and development of long-term customer relationships
- Analysis of each client’s individual risks and insurance needs and development of suitable protection concepts
- Presentation of insurance solutions and conducting proposal presentations and annual review meetings
- Negotiation with insurers, service providers and expert appraisers on behalf of our clients
- Support for our clients throughout the claims handling process
Requirements
- Completed training as an insurance clerk (Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen), a comparable insurance qualification, or a relevant university degree
- Professional experience in insurance field sales and in advising industrial and commercial clients
- Strong sales and communication skills and enthusiasm for building long-term client relationships
- Structured and meticulous working style with a strong service and client orientation
- Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team
