About the role
- Manage clients' individual insurance needs in the area of pension and retirement provision
- Serve as the point of contact on matters of occupational and private retirement provision for our client base
- Provide ongoing portfolio management for our corporate and private clients
- Take responsibility for the complete, ideally case-closing processing of cases
- Work closely with our internal office team and independently conduct annual review meetings
- Present proposals in the area of corporate benefits concepts
- Expand the network through targeted sales activities and be responsible for acquiring new clients
Requirements
- Completed vocational qualification as an Insurance and Financial Services Specialist (m/f/d), a relevant university degree, or equivalent
- Alternatively, career changers with appropriate expertise are welcome
- A passion for customer service and close client relationships
- A strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- Comfortable with a team-oriented "we" mentality and our family-like working environment
