About the role
- You handle the individual insurance needs of our clients in the area of pension and benefits
- You serve as the point of contact for occupational and private pension provision for our client base
- You manage the portfolio of our corporate and private clients
- You are responsible for the complete handling of cases, aiming for case closure wherever possible
- You work closely with our internal team and independently conduct annual review meetings
- You advise on and present proposals for corporate benefits concepts
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk, a relevant university degree, or equivalent qualifications
- Alternatively, career changers with relevant expertise are welcome
- A passion for customer service and a commitment to customer satisfaction
- Comfortable working with a strong team spirit
