About the role
- Manage the individual insurance needs of our clients in the area of retirement provision
- Serve as the point of contact for occupational and private retirement provision matters for our client base
- Take responsibility for the portfolio management of our corporate and private clients
- Be responsible for processing cases completely and, where possible, to a case-closing resolution
- Conduct annual review meetings independently
- Provide advice and proposals on corporate benefit concepts
- Acquire new customers through targeted sales activities
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (m/f/d), a relevant university degree, or equivalent
- Alternatively, convince us as a career changer with relevant expertise
- A passion for customer service and building close customer relationships; committed to customer satisfaction
- A collaborative team player who feels comfortable in our family-like work environment and embraces a 'we' mentality
