About the role
- Responsible for assessing and managing the individual insurance needs of our industrial and commercial clients
- Independently identify suitable insurance solutions after team onboarding
- Create added value by assessing risks and identifying solution options
- Manage appointments and customer inquiries
- Negotiate on behalf of our clients with service providers, insurers, and experts/claims adjusters
- Client servicing, existing-client growth, proposal presentations, claims handling, and data maintenance
Requirements
- Completed training as an insurance and financial services clerk (m/f/d), a relevant university degree, or an equivalent qualification
- Passion for client service and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- Comfortable working with a team-oriented "we" mindset and in a family-like work environment
