About the role
- Handle the individual insurance needs of our existing and new clients in the industrial and commercial sector
- Work with the team to find the appropriate insurance solution for each industry
- Support acquisition of new clients
- Negotiate with service providers, insurers and independent experts/adjusters
- Prepare and present proposals, support claims processing and participate in annual review meetings
- Build strong customer relationships and provide attentive, client-focused service
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (m/f/d), a relevant university degree, or equivalent qualifications
- Enjoy customer service, be customer-oriented and committed to customer satisfaction
- Be comfortable working with a strong team spirit and in our family-like working environment
