About the role
- Assess the individual insurance needs of our existing and new clients in the industrial and commercial sectors
- Identify and recommend appropriate insurance solutions for each industry
- Focus on new client acquisition
- Collaborate with the team to support customer acquisition
- Negotiate with service providers, insurers and independent experts
- Support proposal presentations, claims handling and annual review meetings
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk or a relevant university degree or equivalent
- Passion for customer service and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- Comfortable with a team-oriented, family-like working environment and a strong team spirit
