About the role
- Individual management of our clients' insurance needs in the area of retirement provision
- Point of contact for occupational and private retirement and benefit matters
- Account servicing for corporate and private clients
- Independently conduct annual review meetings
- Advice and proposals for corporate benefits concepts (occupational pension schemes, company health insurance, income protection, time accounts)
- New client acquisition and sales activities
- Contribute to the company's success
Requirements
- Completed training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk or a relevant university degree or equivalent
- Experience in customer servicing/account management
- Enjoyment of client-facing work and a commitment to high customer satisfaction
- Family-like working environment and a strong sense of team spirit
