About the role

  • Attend to the individual insurance and retirement provision needs of our clients
  • Act as the primary contact for matters relating to company and private retirement provision
  • Manage the existing portfolio of corporate and private clients
  • Be responsible for complete, case-closing processing of client matters wherever possible
  • Work closely with our internal service team and conduct annual review meetings independently
  • Advise on and propose Corporate Benefit concepts
  • Expand our network through targeted sales activities and drive new client acquisition

Requirements

  • Completed training as an insurance and financial services clerk or equivalent (e.g., university degree) or comparable qualification
  • Alternatively, convince us as a career changer with relevant expertise
  • A passion for client care and a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Comfortable with a team-oriented “WE” culture and our family-style work environment
