About the role
- Attend to the individual insurance and retirement provision needs of our clients
- Act as the primary contact for matters relating to company and private retirement provision
- Manage the existing portfolio of corporate and private clients
- Be responsible for complete, case-closing processing of client matters wherever possible
- Work closely with our internal service team and conduct annual review meetings independently
- Advise on and propose Corporate Benefit concepts
- Expand our network through targeted sales activities and drive new client acquisition
Requirements
- Completed training as an insurance and financial services clerk or equivalent (e.g., university degree) or comparable qualification
- Alternatively, convince us as a career changer with relevant expertise
- A passion for client care and a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Comfortable with a team-oriented “WE” culture and our family-style work environment
