About the role

  • Analyze customer needs in the industrial and commercial sectors domestically and internationally and develop tailored insurance solutions
  • Negotiate on behalf of clients with service providers, insurers and experts
  • Manage tenders, collections, claims handling, contract preparation and data maintenance
  • Develop concepts and both international and national insurance solutions while considering customer requirements
  • Take responsibility for communication with clients and co-brokers at home and abroad and conduct on-site client visits

Requirements

  • Completed training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (Kaufmann für Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen) or a relevant university degree or equivalent
  • Excellent command of English
  • Prior professional experience in the international insurance sector
  • Strong passion for customer care and close client relationships
  • Comfortable working with a strong team spirit and in a family-oriented work environment
