About the role
- Analyze customer needs in the industrial and commercial sectors domestically and internationally and develop tailored insurance solutions
- Negotiate on behalf of clients with service providers, insurers and experts
- Manage tenders, collections, claims handling, contract preparation and data maintenance
- Develop concepts and both international and national insurance solutions while considering customer requirements
- Take responsibility for communication with clients and co-brokers at home and abroad and conduct on-site client visits
Requirements
- Completed training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (Kaufmann für Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen) or a relevant university degree or equivalent
- Excellent command of English
- Prior professional experience in the international insurance sector
- Strong passion for customer care and close client relationships
- Comfortable working with a strong team spirit and in a family-oriented work environment
