About the role
- Ensure customer satisfaction in the area of pension and retirement provision
- Serve as a point of contact for company (occupational) and private pension matters
- Manage existing portfolios for corporate and private clients
- Handle and process client matters from start to finish
- Independently conduct annual review meetings
- Provide advice on corporate benefits programs
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an insurance and financial services specialist or a relevant university degree, or equivalent qualifications
- Alternatively, career changers with relevant expertise are welcome
- A passion for client service and a customer-focused approach
- Comfortable working with a "team-first" mindset and in our family-style working environment
