About the role
- Advocating for the individual insurance needs of our clients in the industrial and commercial sector
- Independently identifying suitable insurance solutions after onboarding
- Negotiating on behalf of clients with service providers, insurers and claims adjusters/experts
- Client servicing, portfolio expansion, proposal presentations, claims handling and data maintenance
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (Kaufmann/-frau für Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen), a relevant university degree or an equivalent qualification
- Passion for customer care and a customer-focused approach
- Ability to embrace a team-first ('we') mentality and feel comfortable in our family-like working environment
