About the role

  • Advocating for the individual insurance needs of our clients in the industrial and commercial sector
  • Independently identifying suitable insurance solutions after onboarding
  • Negotiating on behalf of clients with service providers, insurers and claims adjusters/experts

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (Kaufmann/-frau für Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen), a relevant university degree or an equivalent qualification
  • Passion for customer care and a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to embrace a team-first ('we') mentality and feel comfortable in our family-like working environment
